Delivery charges
The standard delivery charge is ₹59 per order. Delivery is free when the subtotal after discounts reaches ₹799. Any product-specific delivery charge and the final amount are shown before payment.
Delivery address
Please provide a complete Indian delivery address and an accurate mobile number. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact customer care promptly.
Order updates
Follow confirmed orders in Your orders. Order status changes as the order is processed, shipped and delivered.
Returns and refunds
Contact customer care with your order reference and the reason for your request. Keep the product and its packaging while the request is reviewed. Return eligibility and the next steps must be confirmed before sending an item back.
If a payment needs review, check your order status and contact customer care. Updating an order status does not itself issue a refund.
